Prague has a unique collection of historical sights listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Cesky Krumlov was built in 13th century. The castle and historical city centre have a Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements.
Detenice Castle – the renaissance chateau from 16th century has been renovated in the late baroque style in 1762 – 1765. Nowadays you can visit the castle, local brewery and medieval tavern.

Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) - has spread through out the world thanks to its 12 hot healing springs used for treating digestive disorders, with the strongest hot spring rising from a depth of 2000-3000 meters. The springs have stimulated people since the 14th century including Charles IV - Czech King and Emperor of the Roman and German Empire or Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart who died here in 1844. The architecture was strongly influenced by Secession style on the end of the 19th century. The streets and spa colonnades are surrounded by a romantic, mountainous landscape. Carlsbad has hosted the International Film Festival. There is possible to buy famous Karlovarska Becherovka liqueur.
Koneprusy Caves with their unique stalactite decoration are located on the way to Pilsen – the town where the best known Czech Pilsner Urquell beer has been produced.

Konopiste Castle was built in the 13th century. It was rebuilt in 16th century in renaissance style. From the turn of the 19th and 20th century - prior to the First World War- the Chateau was the property of the successor to the Austrian throne, Frantisek Ferdinand d'Este. Now it houses collections of his hunting trophies.

Karlstejn Castle was built in the 14th century by the Czech King and Roman Emperor, Charles IV. At the time, the castle held the treasure of the Holy Roman Empire, including the imperial coronation jewels. Its present appearance gained during renovation in 1887.

Kutna Hora was developed as a result of the exploitation of the silver mines. In the 14th century it became a royal city. The Church of St Barbara is a jewel of the late Gothic period. The Cathedral of Our Lady at Sedlec was restored in line with the Baroque style of the early 18th century. These masterpieces are well-preserved up to date.
Museum of Skoda Company – Czech car factory Škoda was founded in 1895 in Mlada Boleslav located 55km from Prague.

The Forstress of Terezin in the open landscape is a self-contained technical and urban monument. It was built in the reign of the Empress Maria Theresa between 1780-90 to defend the route from Dresden to Prague. The army remained in the town for almost two centuries, and this has helped to preserve its garrison character down to the present. Modern history has seen Terezin linked to the suffering of tens of thousands of people. From 1940 to 1945, the Small Fortress became a Gestapo prison; a Jewish ghetto was established within the Main Fortress. Now a day Terezin Fortress is a symbol of the persecution of the Jewish nation during the Second World War.

Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle was build in 13th century. In 16th century it was converted into the renaissance chateau. During renovation in 20th of 18th century it gained baroque style. The renovation in English Windsor Gothic style in 1841-1871 changed significantly the final appearance.

Holasovice is well-preserved example of 'South Bohemian folk Baroque'. There are a large number of buildings from the Middle Ages.
Kromeriz Castle is well-preserved example of a European Baroque princely residence and gardens of the 17th and 18th centuries. Particularly the Pleasure Garden played a significant role in the development of Baroque garden design.
Lednice - Valtice Cultural Landscape covers 200 sq. km and it is the largest designed landscapes in Europe with baroque and neo-gothic style of the castles of Lednice and Valtice and other masterpieces built in English romantic style.
Litomysl Castle was originally a renaissance arcade-castle developed in the 16th century. Its design and decoration including the later baroque features added in the 18th century. It preserves intact the range of ancillary buildings associated with an aristocratic residence of this type.
Nelahozeves is small village in Central Bohemia known specially as classical music composer´s Antonin Dvorak birthplace. In the village is the renaissance castle dating from 1553. During the Thirty Years War (1618-1848), Nelahozeves was damaged several times. The castle has been constantly restored. During last four centuries Lobkowitz family collected thousand of masterpieces which are shown in the 25 exhibition rooms in the castle as the permanent exhibition „Six Centuries of European Art Patronage“opened in 1997 in the presence of President Havel.
Pilgrimage Church of St John of Nepomuk at Zelena Hora was built at the beginning of the 18th century on a star-shaped plan. It is the most unusual work falls between neo-gothic and baroque style.

Telc - after the fire in the late 14th century, the town was rebuilt in stone, surrounded by walls and further strengthened by a network of artificial ponds. The town's Gothic castle was reconstructed in High Gothic style in the late 15th century.

Trebic - the ensemble of the Jewish Quarter, the old Jewish cemetery and the Basilica of St Procopius in Trebíc are reminders of the co-existence of Jewish and Christian cultures from the middle ages to the 21th century. St Procopius Basilica, built as part of the Benedictine monastery in the early 13th century, is a remarkable example of the influence of Western European architectural heritage in this region.

Frantiskovy Lazne was founded in 1793. Some 23 local alkaline springs, sulphur and iron rich mud and natural gas are all used to treat patients with cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal complaints, gynecological problems and infertility as well as patients who have recently suffered heart attacks. The architecture was strongly influenced by neo-classical style. The spa has a gentle climate with incredibly clean air. The surrounding parkland is ideal for walks. Luhacovice is a small town in the White Carpathians protected area in the south-eastern reaches of Moravia. The Vincentka spring is the most popular in Luhacovice. The history of the local spa goes back over three centuries. During the early 20th century the town became a very popular spa frequented by many famous personalities such as the classical music composer Leos Janácek. The architecture is the work of architect Dusan Jurkovic and stands in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings. Marianske Lazne (Marienbad) - almost 100 cold springs have been discovered during the last 4 centuries in and around the town. Springs contain CO2 and traces of calcium, iron and magnesium. Mud and gas are also used in treatments. The spa specializes in the treatment of kidney, urinal and respiratory disease, musculoskeletal problems, diabetes, oncological problems and gynecological disorders. Forested landscape around the town is crisscrossed with numerous hiking trails passes right through the spa.
