Staromestské námestí (Old Town Square) is the most important square of the oldest part of royal town of Prague and center of its eventful history. The Czech Philharmonic Orchestra found its seat there in 1946. The last renovation was in 1990-1992. The main hall - the Dvorak Hall - is world famous as a place where the Prague Spring and Prague Autumn music festival concerts take place every year.

Vysehrad dates back to the mid-10th century. In the latter half of the 11th and in the 12th century Vysehrad used to be the Przemyslides princes' main residence. There is the precious romanesque rotunda of St. Martin, the gothic church of St. Peter and, rebuilt in 19th century in the neogothic style, the Vysehrad cemetery used as a burial site of the Czech outstanding personalities since 1869 and the underground casemates housing the originals of several baroque statues from the Charles Bridge. The Vysehrad site is open daily.

Zizkov Television Tower (216 m high) was put into service 18th of February 1992. The structure is composed of three steel body tubes. In the main one, there are two personal lifts, one cargo lift in the second and a staircase in the third tube. A lookout cabin is situated in the height of 97 m, a restaurant by 34 m below it. The tower is open daily.
